DODO株式会社（以下「当社」）は、VolleyReport（以下「本サービス」）で取り扱う個人情報を、次のとおり取り扱います。

1. 取得する情報

• メールアドレス（ログイン・お知らせに使用）
• アップロードされた試合の映像
• 解析結果（ボール・選手の位置、プレーの種類、コート校正などの数値データ）
• 利用者が入力した情報（チーム名・選手名・背番号・修正内容・音声入力で認識された文字。音声そのものは録音も保存もしません）
• データ提供への同意の記録（同意者のお名前・日時）
• 決済の記録（決済 ID・金額・日時）。カード番号は決済代行会社 Stripe が管理し、当社は取得しません
• アクセスに伴う技術情報（IP アドレス・ブラウザの種類など。不正利用の防止に使用）

2. 利用目的

• 本サービスの提供（解析・結果の表示・映像の切り出し・ログイン・お知らせ）
• 料金の請求と決済の確認（有料プランを利用する場合）
• 自動判定の精度向上のための学習と評価（アカウント作成時に同意いただいた範囲）
• 不具合の調査、不正利用の防止、お問い合わせへの対応

3. 映像とデータの保存期間

• 試合の映像は、解析の完了から 3 日でサーバーから自動的に削除します
• 切り出した場面のファイルは、作成から 3 日で削除します
• 解析結果・修正・スタッツは、利用者が削除するかアカウントの削除を依頼されるまで保存します
• 学習に使う数値データ（位置・軌道・プレーの種類・修正内容など）は、映像の削除後も保存し、学習と評価に使います。学習済みのモデルには映像や個人を特定できる情報は含まれません

4. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供・販売しません。本サービスの運営のため、次の事業者に取り扱いを委託しています（日本国外のサーバーで保存・処理される場合があります）。

• Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）: サイトの配信、映像・データの保存
• Stripe, Inc.（米国）: クレジットカード決済（有料プランを利用する場合）
• Resend（米国）: ログインコード・お知らせメールの送信

5. 結果ページの共有

結果ページは、URL を知っている人なら誰でも開けます。チーム内など、共有する相手にご注意ください。

6. 未成年の映像

小学生・中学生などの試合の映像をアップロードする場合は、チームの責任者として保護者など関係者の了解を得てください。

7. 開示・訂正・削除

ご本人から、保有する個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除のご請求があった場合は、本人確認のうえ遅滞なく対応します。試合単位の削除は「あなたの試合」の「削除」からもできます。

8. 安全管理

通信の暗号化、アクセス権の制限、不正アクセスへの対策などにより、個人情報の漏えい・滅失を防ぐよう努めます。

9. 改定

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、本ページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

DODO Inc. ("we") handles personal information in VolleyReport (the "Service") as described below.

1. Information we collect

• Email address (for sign-in and notifications)
• Match videos you upload
• Analysis results (numerical data such as ball and player positions, play types and court calibration)
• Information you enter (team names, player names, jersey numbers, corrections, and the text recognized from voice input — we never record or store the audio itself)
• A record of your data-use consent (name and date)
• Payment records (payment ID, amount, date). Card numbers are handled by our payment processor Stripe; we never receive them
• Technical access data (IP address, browser type, etc., used to prevent abuse)

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service (analysis, results, clip exports, sign-in, notifications)
• To bill and confirm payments (if you use a paid plan)
• To train and evaluate our automatic analysis models, within the consent you gave when creating your account
• To investigate bugs, prevent abuse and answer enquiries

3. Retention

• Match videos are deleted from our servers automatically 3 days after analysis completes
• Exported clip files are deleted 3 days after they are created
• Results, corrections and stats are kept until you delete them or ask us to delete your account
• Numerical data used for training (positions, trajectories, play types, corrections, etc.) is kept after the video is deleted and used for training and evaluation. Trained models contain no video and no personally identifiable information

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We use the following processors to run the Service; data may be stored and processed outside Japan:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): website delivery, video and data storage
• Stripe, Inc. (USA): card payments (if you use a paid plan)
• Resend (USA): sign-in codes and notification emails

5. Sharing result pages

Anyone who has a result page's URL can open it. Share it only with people you trust, such as your team.

6. Videos of minors

If you upload matches involving minors, you must, as the team's responsible person, have the consent of parents or guardians and other people concerned.

7. Access, correction and deletion

You may ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete your personal information. We will respond without delay after verifying your identity. You can also delete individual matches with "Delete" under "Your matches".

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, access restrictions and other measures to protect personal information from leaks and loss.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
