利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、DODO株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する VolleyReport（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第 1 条（本サービス）

本サービスは、利用者がアップロードしたバレーボールの試合映像を自動で解析し、プレー別の映像・スタッツ・コート図などを提供するものです。

第 2 条（アカウント）

1. 利用者は、メールアドレスでアカウントを作成します。アカウントの管理は利用者の責任で行ってください
2. 1 人が複数のアカウントを作成して、利用の上限を回避することは禁止します

第 3 条（料金と支払い）

1. 本サービスは現在、無料ベータ版として料金なしで提供しています。解析の順番待ちを公平にするため、同時に解析待ちにできる試合は 1 アカウント 3 本までとします
2. 当社は、本サービス上で事前に告知したうえで、有料プランを始めることがあります。その場合は料金と条件を明示し、利用者が選ばない限り料金は発生しません
3. 有料プランの支払いはクレジットカード（Stripe）で行い、返金の条件は「特定商取引法に基づく表記」のとおりとします

第 4 条（映像とデータの取り扱い）

1. アップロードされた映像・データの権利は、利用者または正当な権利者に帰属します
2. 利用者は、当社に対し、本サービスの提供、および自動判定の精度向上のための学習・評価に必要な範囲で、映像・解析結果・修正内容を無償で利用（複製・解析・保存を含む）する権利を許諾します。この許諾はアカウント作成時の同意に基づきます
3. 当社は、映像を公開したり、他の利用者が見られるようにしたりしません
4. 映像は解析の完了から 3 日で削除します。詳しくは「プライバシーポリシー」をご覧ください

第 5 条（利用者の保証）

利用者は、アップロードする映像について、撮影・提供する権利（選手・保護者・チーム・大会主催者など関係者の了解を含む）を有していることを保証します。第三者から苦情があった場合は、利用者の責任で解決するものとします。

第 6 条（禁止事項）

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 権利を持たない映像や、バレーボールの試合以外の映像をアップロードする行為
• 本サービスのサーバーやネットワークに過度な負担をかける行為、不正アクセス、解析結果の取得を自動化して大量に行う行為
• 本サービスを複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリングする行為
• 他人になりすます行為、その他当社が不適切と判断する行為

第 7 条（解析結果について）

本サービスの解析は自動で行うもので、正確さ・完全さを保証しません。「要確認」の表示を参考に、必要に応じて利用者が確認・修正してください。

第 8 条（サービスの変更・停止）

当社は、保守・障害・その他やむを得ない理由により、事前の通知なく本サービスの全部または一部を変更・停止することがあります。

第 9 条（利用の停止）

利用者が本規約に違反した場合、当社は事前の通知なくアカウントの利用を停止し、または削除することがあります。

第 10 条（免責）

当社は、本サービスの利用によって利用者に生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。当社が責任を負う場合でも、その範囲は、損害が生じた月の前 12 か月間に利用者が当社に支払った料金の総額を上限とします。

第 11 条（規約の変更）

当社は、本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

第 12 条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争は、甲府地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of VolleyReport (the "Service") provided by DODO Inc. ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service automatically analyzes volleyball match videos you upload and provides per-play clips, statistics, court diagrams and related features.

2. Accounts

1. You create an account with your email address and are responsible for keeping it secure
2. Creating multiple accounts to get around usage limits is prohibited

3. Fees and payment

1. The Service is currently a free beta with no charge. To keep the analysis queue fair, each account can have up to 3 matches waiting for analysis at a time
2. We may introduce paid plans after announcing them in the Service. We will state prices and conditions clearly, and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid option
3. Paid plans, if introduced, are paid by credit card via Stripe, with refund conditions as set out in our Legal notice

4. Your videos and data

1. You (or the rightful owner) keep all rights to the videos and data you upload
2. You grant us a free licence to use (including copy, analyze and store) your videos, analysis results and corrections as needed to provide the Service and to train and evaluate our automatic analysis models. This licence is based on the consent you give when creating your account
3. We never publish your videos or make them visible to other users
4. Videos are deleted 3 days after analysis completes. See the Privacy Policy for details

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to film and share every video you upload, including the consent of players, parents or guardians, teams and event organizers. You are responsible for resolving any third-party complaint about your uploads.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Anything illegal or contrary to public order
• Uploading videos you have no right to, or videos that are not volleyball matches
• Placing excessive load on our servers or network, unauthorized access, or automated bulk retrieval of results
• Copying, modifying or reverse-engineering the Service
• Impersonating others, or any other conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate

7. Analysis results

Analysis is automatic and we do not guarantee that it is accurate or complete. Please review and correct results where needed, using the "needs review" markers as a guide.

8. Changes and interruptions

We may change or suspend all or part of the Service without notice for maintenance, failures or other unavoidable reasons.

9. Suspension

If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or delete your account without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the month in which the damage occurred.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Kofu District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.
